More Open Gym Classes and Elite WOD'S

Special Elite WOD'S for Advanced Crossftters and strict weekly programming for those, METCON, ENDURANCE, STRENGHT, BENCHMARK... etc . Maybe 1.5 Hours long, 1h for warmup and STRANGHT/Skill progression and 30 min for WOD.
